My dear Isaac.
In my last, transmitted to you. I enclosed one that I had redd. from G. A. Myers. stating the contract closed with Mitchell. with the request that you would return me his letter. having had no reply. it is possible the letter has not reachd you.
I now enclose another recd. yesterday asking for information which I cannot give. you will, upon receipt of this, give him the information he asks direct to him in Richmond.
This affair is to take sometime I see before it can be per-fected. but as I am in the hands of rascals. I want to get clear of them as soon as possible.
