Allow me to add my congratulations on the happy event of today on which you celebrate the Fortieth Anniversary of your ministry of the congregation "Mickva Israel"
I well recollect that day, from which led to many years of mutual friendship to myself and family many of whom have gone to their Eternal Rest.
