Philadelphia, April 10, 1890.
A meeting of the Russian Exile Relief Committee, was held on the above date at 1307 Arch St. President Robert M. McWade, pre-siding.
The resignation of Mr. Horace J. Smith, as secretary, was read and accepted, Mr. Albanus L. Smith was then appointed secretary Pro-Tem. The secretary Pro-Tem was instructed to order 1700 Cups and Saucers, with blue and gilt print to be used at the "Vetcher-inka." It was decided that a joint meeting of the two associations Viz: The Russian Exile Relief Fund and the Siberian Exile Peti-tion Association, be held at 1307 Arch St. on next Thursday April 17, 3.30, P. M. and that Drs. McVickar and McClure, be requested to notify all the members of their association to be present.
The neeting then adjourned to meet Thursday April 17, 3.30, P. M. Robert M. McWade, President. Albanus L. Smith, Sec. Pro-Tem. - Identifier
