I regret exceedingly that the "hurry and worry" incident to an ocasion such as the "Annual Meeting" last Sunday prevented me from expressing to you personally my heartfelt thanks for your kind words spoken at the meeting. The general approbation with which they were received is a fair index of their worth, but to me and my assistants they are of still greater value since they are a source of much encouragement to us and a great support from the public.
